Kristie is a Shoemaker-trained CIRS Coach who helps individuals and families navigate mold illness, CIRS, and PANS with a practical, step-by-step approach. Her work is deeply informed by her own family’s experience with CIRS and mold illness, giving her a firsthand understanding of how overwhelming it can be to sort through symptoms, testing, environmental exposures, and conflicting information.
She helps clients make sense of CIRS biomarkers, environmental testing, health history, and symptom patterns so they can better understand the bigger picture and make informed decisions about what comes next.
Having experienced the time, cost, and frustration that can come with trying to piece everything together, Kristie is especially passionate about helping clients feel less overwhelmed and more supported throughout the process. Her goal is to provide a safe place to ask questions, avoid unnecessary missteps, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Megan is a CIRSx Coach and mom of two boys who both have CIRS, making this work deeply personal to her. Her own experience with CIRS began while working as a special education teacher, where exposure to a water-damaged school environment ultimately led to her own diagnosis.
That experience gave Megan a firsthand understanding of how overwhelming it can be to navigate symptoms, exposures, testing, and the many decisions that come with CIRS. She now uses that perspective to support individuals and families with a compassionate, practical, and grounded approach.
While Megan is passionate about helping anyone affected by CIRS, she has a special interest in supporting families navigating school and educational environments. Her background in special education gives her a unique understanding of the challenges children, parents, and educators can face when health concerns intersect with the places where they learn and work.
Kristen is a CIRSx Coach, IIN Certified Health Coach, former elementary teacher, and mom of two. Her journey with CIRS began after five long years of searching for answers for both herself and her family. In the spring of 2025, receiving her own CIRS diagnosis finally gave her a clearer path forward and ultimately sparked a new passion for helping others navigate the same process.
With a Master’s in Education and years of experience teaching and supporting students, Kristen brings a natural ability to break down complex information in a way that feels approachable and manageable. She now uses that same skill set to help clients better understand CIRS, feel less overwhelmed by the process, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Outside of coaching, Kristen loves spending time outdoors with her family, especially hiking and skiing.
Alexis is a CIRS coach and mom of three who brings both personal experience and thoughtful, grounded support to the clients she works with. After navigating CIRS within her own family, she pursued training and mentorship rooted in the Shoemaker framework and developed a deep understanding of how overwhelming it can feel to connect the dots, identify patterns, and know what to do next.
With more than 15 years of experience as a dual-licensed massage therapist and esthetician, Alexis also brings years of hands-on experience working closely with clients, listening to their concerns, recognizing patterns, and supporting them through individualized wellness journeys.
Her approach focuses on helping clients feel heard, supported, and more confident as they work through exposure history, symptom patterns, and the many moving pieces that can come with CIRS.
Brent Little is a custom home builder, building science professional, and founder of Pinehaven Healthy Homes based in McCall, Idaho. Having grown up in the trades and spent the majority of his life building custom homes, Brent brings extensive hands-on experience to understanding how homes are designed, built, and ultimately perform.
He studied Construction Management at The Ohio State University and has continued his education in building science, incorporating principles of both building science and building biology into his work. His own experience with environmental exposure and CIRS gave him an even deeper appreciation for the role our built environment can play in health and recovery.
Today, Brent works with individuals and families nationwide to help identify potential issues within their homes, better understand what may be contributing to their indoor environment, and develop practical solutions for creating healthier spaces to live and thrive.
