These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.thebiotoxinlady.com and related services, tools, calculators, and community features (the “Site”) operated by The Biotoxin Lady LLC and its affiliates, including Biotoxin Solutions, LLC (collectively, “we,” “us,” or “The Biotoxin Lady”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Educational Purpose Only
All content, tools, calculators, community discussions, and resources on the Site are strictly for educational and informational purposes only. 5. Content You Share & AI Processing
If you voluntarily share personal stories, experiences, results, photos, testimonials, feedback, or other content with us (including in community posts, messages, forms, reviews, or similar), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, adapt, process, and publish that information in original or anonymized/de-identified form for educational, marketing, social media, website, training, research, quality improvement, and artificial intelligence / model-improvement purposes.
This includes the right to process information through third-party tools and artificial intelligence systems (including cloud-based services). We take reasonable steps to minimize identifiable information where practicable. We will not use your full name or clearly identifying details in public marketing without your additional express consent. You may request in writing that a specific item not be used.

6. Third-Party Services
The Site may link to or integrate third-party services (e.g., Calendly, payment processors, community platforms, analytics, AI tools). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for them.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
