Is this group coaching?
No. All coaching is one-on-one with a coach trained by Lauren. Office Hours is a weekly live office hours call with our team. Come ask questions, or get a pick-me-up if you need it. It isn't group coaching.
Who guides me, and where does Lauren fit in?
Our coaches guide you one-on-one using the framework Lauren built, and Lauren oversees every case directly through your coach. Coaches bring her the questions that need her input. If you'd like to work with Lauren herself, you can still book her directly.
What's the difference between the membership and 1:1 coaching?
The $189/month membership is for ongoing support: daily access to the coaches and Lauren, the Welcome Video + Checklist, members-only message boards, feedback on your home reports and tests, the weekly live office hours call with our team and the AI tools. 1:1 coaching, where Lauren's framework is applied to your case, is always one-on-one, billed separately, and members get discounted pricing on 1:1 calls.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings and you won't be billed again. You keep access through the end of your billing period. All purchases are final, and we don't refund past months.
I'm new to CIRS. Will this be too advanced?
No. We meet you where you are, whether you only suspect mold or you're already deep into recovery.
Do I need to be working with a CIRS doctor to benefit?
No. Many members join before finding a provider. We help you understand your labs, symptoms and environment so you can walk into appointments informed, and we can help you find trusted prescribers when we can.
Can I join if I'm still in a moldy environment?
Yes. Many members start here while they're still dealing with exposure at home or work, and they learn the steps to move forward safely.

No. Lauren and our coaches are not physicians or licensed prescribers, and the membership is educational and supportive. We encourage you to work with a prescriber and to consult your licensed provider before starting or changing any treatment.
